Victor O. Jonathan
President & CEO
Dr. Victor O. Jonathan is a former Deputy Director and Chief Information Officer for the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). He has over thirty years of experience in Information Technology starting his career as a software engineer for Northern Telecom and holding management and consulting positions at GTE, Ameritech, Cap Gemini, First Data etc. He was the President and CEO of Pixel Information Technology Corporation for about 20 years.
He is a former Adjunct professor of Business and Computer Science at the ITT Technical Institute in Orland Park Illinois where he taught undergraduate courses in Business Administration and Computer programming.
Dr. Victor Onafuye Jonathan attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, where he received a B. S. degree in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering; he received an M. B. A. degree from Governors State University, University Park, Illinois, and D.P.Th. degree from Master’s International University of Divinity in Evansville, Indiana. He has a Master Project Management (MPM) certification from American Academy of Project Management and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management (FAAPM).

Jude P. Joseph is an accomplished Information Technology Management Consultant with 15+ years of success delivering projects on time and within budget through improved productivity, performance, and cost control and he has the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Jude’s accomplishments include the design, implementation, and execution of multi-million-dollar turnkey projects. During his time, he has developed a solid reputation for successfully managing numerous concurrent projects through all project phases from conception to completion within targeted cost, schedule, and compliance parameters. He has consulted and worked for several fortune 500 companies such as American Family Insurance, Johnson Controls, IBM, Rogers Communication, and Bell Canada.
Jude has a B.S degree from the University of Sokoto (Evaluated by the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada and Educational Credential Evaluators of Milwaukee, Wisconsin).
He is currently completing his M.B.A. from the SMC University (Swiss Management Center, Switzerland). He holds many professional designations such as a Masters in Project Management from the American Academy of Certified Project Managers ® and is certified as an International Project Manager ™ by the American Academy of Certified Project Managers ®. Robert Harris

Robert Harris is the Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and a Corporate Director for Pixelcorp Incorporated. He received a B.A. degree in Accounting from Governors State University at University Park, Illinois. He is a licensed Financial Planner and a Real Estate Agent in the state of Illinois. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, management accounting, taxation and financial management.
Miriam Adepeju-Joseph

Miriam Adepeju-Joseph MCIM, MA, MS, PMP is the Chief Marketing Officer.
In her role as VP Marketing & Chief Marketing Officer she has full responsibility for our corporate advertising, marketing and sales operations.
For two decades, Miriam has served in different capacities as a senior marketing practitioner, technology researcher, project consultant, advisor, governance subject matter expert on data privacy and security, and as a cybersecurity strategist. She received a Diploma in Marketing with Distinctions and the prestigious Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) London, and became a Fellow of the Institute. She received a Master of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Portsmouth, UK, where her research dissertation earned a Distinction; She has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI); and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems(MIS) from the University of Nebraska
where she focused on Information Assurance, where her thesis focused on
cybersecurity governance and policy development strategy.
She has been part of Pixelcorp in various marketing leadership roles for over a decade. She has practical knowledge of policy development and governance in the domain of technology and information security and is able to advise public and private sector leadership on implementing effective cybersecurity and industrial strategy. Her aim is to help organizations and people from all walks of life embrace the realities of a hyper-connected world and to continually educate and equip stakeholders within an eco-system of threat vectors to become informed participants. She also provides advisory services on information assurance, cross-platform integration, integrated marketing communications, smart city branding and project management.
